At Tie and Style, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at: support@tieandstyle.store
Include the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Our support team will respond with approval details and further instructions.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for customer reasons (wrong color, wrong size, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@tieandstyle.store
- Include photos clearly showing the issue
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
A free return label will be provided via email when applicable.
Return Label
Return labels are not included inside the package.
- For non-defective returns: customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Tie and Style will provide a pre-paid return label and instructions.
Restocking Fee
Tie and Style does not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will receive an email informing you whether your return is approved or denied.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If you do not see your refund after 7 business days, please contact us.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different color, size, or product:
- Request a return
- Place a new order
For returns caused by customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship.
If your order has already shipped:
- It cannot be cancelled
- You may return it once it is delivered

Incorrect Address
Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address was entered:
- Contact us immediately to update it before shipment
- If the order has already shipped, additional reshipping fees may apply
- Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may be refunded minus shipping costs
