We offer a flat shipping rate of $7 on all orders within the United States—no matter the order size or weight.

- Estimated Delivery Window: 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday)
These are estimated time frames and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high seasonal volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Coverage
Tie and Style currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
Tie and Style is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Missing apartment or unit numbers
- Invalid phone numbers or email addresses
Unexpected Delays

Tracking Information

This allows you to monitor your package in real time on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Methods

Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
Address Changes
If you need to modify your delivery address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot update the address.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

- Include photos of the damaged packaging or items
Our team will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not yet shipped.

Wrong Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Additional reshipping fees may apply
